干豆乳产量,品质与籽粒营养成分及其抽提率的关系

摘    要:以分层抽样所得的261个全国大豆品种为材料,运用通径分析方法研究干豆乳产量、品质与籽粒营养成发及其抽提率的关系。结果表明提高蛋白率一提高干豆乳产量的关系最大。。提高脂肪抽提率、总糖抽提率和降低籽粒部糖仰望民能较大地促进干豆乳产量的提高。豆乳品质与籽粒营养成分的关系比与营养成分抽率的关系密切,提高籽粒蛋白含量不仅有较大地促进干豆乳蛋白含量的提高,还能较大地促进干豆乳蛋含量的提高;提高籽粒脂肪含量能较

Abstract:A sample of 261 soybean varieties from all over the country was used to study the correlations of the traits of dried soymilk yield and quality with the traits of nutrient contents in seed and their extractability rates. Path coefficient analyses indicated that dried soymilk yield was related with extractability of protein. Protein content and total protein and oil content in dried soymilk were related with protein content in seed; and oil content in dried soymilk was related with oil content in seed; and carbohydrate content in dried soymilk was related with carbohydrate content and protein content in seed.
