Abstract:Soybean physiological and biochemical index as well as production in soybean successive croppins field was studied.The result showed that soybean's net assimilation rate and crop growth rate were reduced gradually in soybean successive cropping field year by year.A result of poor growth caused by successive-cropping photosynthetic pigment which include Chla,Chlb and carofenoid of soybean leaves decreased. The activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT ), reduced. Relative-electronic rate(%) increased. Content of MDA and proline increased under the stress of soybean successive cropping system. The percentage of fallen flowers and pods increased production decreased reached sinsificant level,separatly.
