中国大豆种质资源抗大豆孢囊线虫5号生理小种鉴定研究

１９９２－１９９５年，应用田间自然病圃和病土盆栽鉴定方法，对黑龙江，河北，山东，安徽，福建和广东等２１个省市保存的３３９１份栽培大豆和１６９份野生大豆种质资源进行了抗大豆孢囊线虫５号生理小种的抗性鉴定。

EVALUATION OF RESISTANCE OF SOYBEAN GERMPLASMS OF CHINA TO RACE 5 OF SOYBEAN CYST NEMATODE

During 1992-1995, 3391 cultivars and 169 wild soybean accessions from different provinces were evaluated for their resistance to race 5 of soybean cyst nematode by natural infection in the field and pot culture with infected soil of race 5 of soybean cyst nematode. Among the germplasms evaluated 27 accessions showed resistant, it was 0.80% of the total evaluation number of cultivars. These resistant varities were almost black in seed color. Among the germplasms evaluated 3 accessions showed resistant, it was 1.78% of the total evaluation number of wild soybean. There was no immune accessions in both wild soybeans and cultivars. Most of accessions resistant to soybean cyst nematode came from Hebei, Shandong, Shanxi, Chifeng, Jilin and Heilongjiang.
