| 摘 要： | 分析了沿海棉区棉花生产中存在的突出问题;提出了发展棉花生产的目标任务;从强化信息引导、稳定棉花面积,优化生产布局、提高栽培水平,推广主导品种、普及主推技术,立足安全栽培、防抗自然灾害,实施高品质棉行动计划、打造棉花优势品牌等方面探讨了沿海棉区棉花生产稳定发展的对策.
