湖北潜江市棉花生产存在的问题及对策

近年湖北潜江地区植棉面积稳定在30khm^2左右，面积、单产、总产、原棉收购量居湖北省前列。在历年种植过程中，出现了种植结构不当、主次不分、品种多乱杂、密度过稀、病虫蔓延、施肥不合理、化调技术不到位等问题，提出了调整种植结构、合理种植密度、选用优良品种、科学用肥、全程化调等解决对策。

Problems and Countermeasures of Developing Cotton Production in Qianjiang City of Hubei Province

In recent years, cotton planting acreage in Qianjiang region of Hubei province has stabilized at around 30 khm2. All the area, yield per plant, total output, the volume of raw cotton produced in this region play an important role in Hubei province. There are several factors in traditional which limiting the production of this region, Such as improper planting streture, regardless of primary and secondary, chaotic varieties, thin desity, frequent diseases and pests, irrational use of fertilizer, unreasonable chemical control. For solving problemes mentioned, we shoud adjust the planting structure, optimize the planting density, choose better varieties, use fertilizer proper, whole course of chemical regulation, and so on.
