| 摘 要： | 本文从贵州的自然环境优势、辣椒在贵州农业中的地位、辣椒种植效益，以及贵州人的辣椒消费等方面说明了贵州辣椒的重要性。并且指出虽然贵州辣椒资源丰富，但贵州辣椒科研、贵州辣椒产业的发展还存在某些问题，并针对这些问题提出了今后发展的建议。
