摘    要:为了优化食用菌产品和销售管理,在分析我国食用菌企业成本管控现状的基础上,详细讨论了食用菌产品的运输、仓储和配送等物流成本的管控问题,给出了食用菌产品的销售优化的若干策略。对我国食用菌产品销售的科学化和规范化提供了参考。

Abstract:In order to optimize the edible fungi products and sales management, based on the analysis of the current situation of the cost control of the edible fungi enterprises in China, this paper discusses the logistics cost control of the transportation, storage and distribution of the edible fungi products in detail, and gives some strategies for the sales optimization of the edible fungi products. It provides a reference for the scientific and standardized sales of edible fungi products in China.
