| 摘 要： | 用玉米芯进行了不同配方的栽培猴头菇试验，结果表明，玉米芯占６５％和５５％的配方具有发菌快、菌丝长势好，子实体品质、产量和生物效率高等优点，是栽培猴头菇的适宜配方。

| Abstract: | To gain high yield and high quality fruit bodies of Hericium erinaceus cultivated with corncobs,the experiments of several compositions were conducted.The results showed that using composition three and two to cultivate Hericium erinaceus with 65% and 55% corncobs respectively,the mycelia grew faster and better,the fruit-body quality,yield and biological efficiency were higher.Thus,they were the suitable compositions for the cultivation of Hericium erinaceus. |
