摘    要:本文采用平皿培养法进行了不同鸡腿蘑品种对绿色木霉、青霉、黑根霉、黑曲霉抗耐性的研究。试验结果分析表明 :鸡腿蘑抗耐性顺序为D C - 87>Cc -173>C - 89>Cc - 1,而且这种抗耐性是在鸡腿蘑形成生长势以后才具备的。一般鸡腿蘑对黑曲霉抗性较强 ,形成了拮抗线 ,对绿色木霉和青霉的忍耐性较强。并对其机理进行了分析。

Abstract:In this paper,the resistance and tolerance of different varieties in Coprinus comatus to Trichoderma viride,Penicillum Spp,Rhizopus stolonife black and Aspergillus niger were studied with plating method.The results showed that the resisitant and tolerant sequence of different varieties was D C-87>Cc-173>C-89>Cc-1,and Coprinus comatus possessed the resistance and tolerance only after they formed growth potential.In general,the resistance of Coprinus comatus to Aspergillus niger was stronger than the others,and it became antagonistic line;the tolerance of Coprinus comatus to Trichoderma viride and Penicillum Spp was stronger,and these mechanisms of resistance and tolerance were analyzed.
