Analysis of the Major Traps and the Key Controlling Point for the Harvest of the Common Edible Fungi

The industry of the edible fungi had been developing rapidly, which makes it need a number of professional and technical people to train the practitioners, ensure the quality of products and the interests of producers. However, we found that most producers had a lot of major traps and have been using the wrong method on the stage of harvest, so this article pointed out these errors. What is more, the principles were expatiated and explained, mean while, giving the mech- anism and the key controlling point. These points could be useful suggestion to the trainers, which could cause the notice to these questions, so the scientific and standardized method could be used to promote the intrinsic value of edible fungi products.
