侧耳属3种食用菌解剖学性状比较

以PDA培养基和棉籽壳为培养料,培养了姬菇、榆黄蘑和鲍鱼菇,并对其解剖结构进行了比较,结果表明,姬菇、榆黄蘑和鲍鱼菇菌丝均具有锁状联合,子实体菌柄都侧生,每个担子顶部产生4个担孢子,孢子内含油滴,孢子印皆为白色。姬菇和鲍鱼菇菌盖颜色为灰黑色,榆黄蘑为黄色,姬菇和榆黄蘑菌丝生长快,姬菇菌丝浓密,榆黄蘑和鲍鱼菇菌丝稀疏,鲍鱼菇菌丝能产生黑色分生孢子。姬菇和榆黄蘑子实体小而多,出菇早、产量高,鲍鱼菇子实体较大内部组织紧密,担子、担孢子梗粗壮,孢子饱满油滴大。

Comparison of Anatomy of Three Fungi of Pleurotus

In this thesis, P. cornucopiae, P. citrinopleatus and P. abalonus were cultivated on culture medium of PDA and cot- tonseed hull, and the anatomy was studied. The results indicated that the hypha of P. cornucopiae, P. citrinopleatus and P. abalones all had clamp connection, and the stipe were all adnation.
