摘    要:以造纸厂下脚料麦秸粉为原料制成不同配方的培养基,对平菇菌丝生长、子实体产量及生物学效率的影响进行了研究。结果表明:以麦秸粉为主料栽培平菇是完全可行的,不仅菌丝生长快、浓密洁白,而且出菇早、产量高、生物学效率超过90%,与纯棉籽壳相比,虽然产量较低,但生产周期可缩短7 d~8 d,产投比高达2倍以上。

Abstract:Paper mill waste wheat straw powder as raw material to make different formulations of culture medium, the effect on the growth of Pleurotus ostreatus mycelium, fruiting body yield and biological efficiency were studied. The results showed that wheat straw powder as the main material to cultivate Pleurotus ostreatus was entirely feasible, not only mycelium grew faster, thick and white, but also the fruiting was earlier. The yield was higher and the biological efficiency got up to 90% or more com- pared with pure cotton seed shell. Although the yield was lower, and the production-cycle was 7 d-8 d shorter, the output is 2 times of inputs or more.
