矮牵牛优质穴盘苗生长规律的确定

本试验以国内普遍应用的美国泛美公司矮牵牛品种为材料,通过对比美国维生基质与国产草炭的栽培效果,阶段性记录矮牵牛穴盘苗的生长状况。结果表明,维生模式下的矮牵牛生物量累积、干物质累积与根冠比变化都显著优于国产模式,可以作为优质穴盘苗的标准。

A Study on the grow rule of petunia plug seedlings

Applying the petunias varieties from PanAmerican Seed Company as test materials, this experiment compared the cultiva- tion effects under different matrices by recording the growth data of petunias plug seedlings. The results show that the biomass accu- mulation, dry matter accumulation and root-shoot ratio under the American mode are significantly better than that under domestic mode, so it can be used as the standard for high quality plug seedlings.
