墨兰茎腐病原菌生物学特性研究

摘    要:对墨兰茎腐病原菌(Fusarium axysporum Schl.)开展生物学特性研究,结果表明:该病原菌菌丝生长和分生孢子萌发的最适温度为26℃,产生分生孢子的最适温度为24℃;菌丝生长最适pH为6~7,pH为9时最适产生分生孢子;菌丝生长的致死温度为60℃经25min或65℃经20min或70℃经5min,分生孢子的致死温度为48℃经25min或50℃经5min或55℃经2min;可溶性淀粉和蛋白胨有利于菌丝生长。

Studies on the Biological Characteristics of the Pathogen the Pseudobulb Rot of Cymbidium Sinense

Abstract:The biological characteristics of the Fusarium oxysporum Schl. was tested. The results showed that the optimum temperature of the mycelial growth and the conidial germination were 26℃, the sporulation was 24℃. The optimum pH of the mycelia growth was pH 6 to pH 7, the sporulation was pH 9. The lethal temperature for the mycelium was 60℃ maintaining 25 minutes or 65℃ maintaining 20 minutes or 70℃ maintaining 5 minutes, while the lethal temperature for the spores was 48℃ maintaining 25 minutes or 50℃ maintaining 5 minutes or 55℃ maintaining 2minutes. Amylase and peptone could promote the mycelial growth.
