枸杞多糖延缓衰老的研究进展

摘    要:枸杞是我国传统名贵的保健食材和中药材,枸杞多糖是其中的有效成分。多糖抗衰老机制的研究,对人类延缓衰老、健康长寿具有重要意义。文章主要综述枸杞多糖的组成和理化性质,以及延缓衰老方面的研究进展。

Abstract:Lycium barbarum is a well-known Chinese herbal medicine as well as valuable nourishing food. L. Barbarum polysaccharide is one of the major ingredients playing an important role in biological activities.The research of LBP anti-aging mechanism is crucial to human being’s health.The present review is to summarize previous and current research regarding composition and anti-aging property of L. barbarum polysaccharides.
