新建地方高校农科专业校外实习、实训基地建设的实践与探讨

对于新建地方本科高校的农科院系来说,校外的实习和实训基地建设水平对提高学生的学习能力和创新能力尤为重要。但地方新建高校农科专业面临着资金短缺、师资不足等问题,结合湖北工程学院的农科专业实习、实训经验,就新建地方高校农业专业校外实习、实训基地建设问题进行探讨,为相关院校专业提供参考。

Practice and exploration of the construction of practical bases for new local colleges agricultural major

For the new agriculture department of local colleges, the level of training is particularly important to improve students’ learning and innovation ability. However, local new agricultural colleges are faced with the shortage of funds, lack of teachers and other different aspects. In this paper, according to the experience of agricultural academy of Hubei Engineering College for professional practice, we discussed the problems of off-campus internship and base construction of new local colleges. The study will provide a reference for the relevant professional institutions.
