高山红菜薹的商品性和营养成分研究

摘    要:对高山和平原地区红菜薹的商品性、粗蛋白、还原糖、维生素C及干物质含量等营养成分和抽薹期等进行了分析比较。结果表明,高山地区种植3个品种的红菜薹在商品性方面与平原地区的差异不显著;粗蛋白、还原糖、维生素C及干物质含量是高山地区的显著高于平原地区的;在高山地区红菜薹始抽薹期较平原地区提前。

Comparison of Marketability and Nutrient Components in Brassica Campestris.L.ssp.Chinensis var.Purpurea Hort.Between Highland and Lowland

Abstract:Comparing the Marketabilityand the nutrient components of Brassica Campestris.L.ssp.chinensis var.purpurea Hort. in highland and lowland.The comparative analysis was done between highland and lowland on coarse Protein,deoxidized sugar,Vita- min C and dry weight of Brassica Campestris.L.ssp.chinensis var.purpurea Hart..The results showed that there was no significant difference inMarketability of Brassica Campestris.L.ssp.chinensis var.purpurea Hort.between in highland and lowland,and coarse Protein,deoxidized sugar,Vitamin C and dry weight of the former was higher than that of the latter,which were relatived to highland climatic feature-the big difference of temperature between day and night.There were more fog days,much rainfall and good environ- mental quality in mountain region.The beginning of peduncle growth of Brassica Campestris.L.ssp.chinensis var.purpurea Hort.in highland was earlier than that in lowland,and this can be used to adjust the seedtime of Brassica Carapestris.L.ssp.chinensis var. purpurea Hort.in highland.
