不同西瓜砧木幼苗期耐盐力评价研究

摘    要:对13个西瓜砧木幼苗期的盐害指数进行了聚类分析。研究结果表明,不同基因型砧木的耐盐性具有较大差异,具体可分为二大类,其中,N7号为耐盐力弱的品种,其他为耐盐力强的品种。耐盐力强的砧木品种可分为3个亚类,N1、N8、N2、N4、N10和N6为耐盐力很强,N3耐盐力强,其他5个品种耐盐力较强。

Abstract:Salt injury index of 13 species of rootstocks at seedling stage were valuated by using cluster analysis. The results show that grafting rootstocks of different genotypes had differences in salt tolerance, which could be clustered to two groups, the N7 were sensitive to salt stress whereas the other species of rootstocks were tolerant to salt stress, and salt resistant rootstocks could be clustered to three subgroups, N1, N8, N2, N4, N10 and N6 showed the highest salt resistance, the N3 exhibited tolerant, whereas the other five species showed more salt resistance.
