辣椒不同叶位叶片光合特性初探

摘    要:为探明辣椒不同叶位叶片的光合特性,采用盆栽试验,利用Li-6400XT便携式光合仪测定了辣椒不同叶位叶片的光合参数。测定结果表明,不同叶位叶片的净光合速率、气孔导度、胞间CO2浓度、蒸腾速率的变化各不相同,叶位3的净光合速率最高,与其他叶位的差异达到极显著水平,不同叶位间的净光合速率与胞间CO2浓度呈显著负相关。

Abstract:In order to study the photosynthetic characteristics of pepper leaves at different leaf positions, we carried out the pot experiment and determined the photosynthetic parameters by LI-6400XT portable photosynthetic apparatus. The results showed that, different leaves had different net photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance, intercellular CO2 concentration and transpiration rate, and the leave at the third leaf position had the highest net photosynthetic rate, which was extremely significant higher than those of other leaf positions, moreover, the net photosynthetic rate of the leaves of different leaf positions had a significant negative correlation with intercellular CO2 concentration.
