摘    要:以9份不同产地的水芹资源为试验材料,测定了其产品器官中的黄酮含量及苯丙氨酸解氨酶的活性,并对二者的相关性进行了分析。试验结果表明,不同产地水芹的黄酮含量和苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)活性存在明显差异,均以大叶水芹最高,清镇水芹最低;水芹叶中黄酮含量和 PAL 酶活性均高于茎中。水芹的黄酮含量与苯丙氨酸解氨酶活性的变化趋势一致,且二者的相关系数极显著,说明水芹黄酮的合成与苯丙氨酸解氨酶活性密切相关。

Abstract:Taking nine water dropwort from different areas as materials, we determined their flavonoid content and phenylalanine ammonia-lyase (PAL) activity, and analyzed the correlation between flavonoid content and PAL activity. The results showed that, among the nine water dropwort materials, there were remarkable differences in flavonoid content and PAL activity, and flavonoid content and PAL activity were higher in leaf than in stem. The cultivar Dayeshuiqin had highest flavonoid content and PAL activity, while the flavonoid content and PAL activity of material from Qingzhen city were lowest. The flavonoid content and PAL activity had the same variation trend in water dropwort, indicating that the synthesis of flavonoid was closely related with PAL activity in water dropwort.
