| 摘 要： | 以马铃薯克新13为材料,采用不同浓度的硼砂进行浸种处理,测定种薯淀粉含量、还原糖含量、蔗糖含量、淀粉酶活性的变化及马铃薯芽长、芽粗、芽质量等,研究硼素对马铃薯萌发的作用效果及作用机理。研究结果表明,适量硼素通过提高淀粉酶活性,促进淀粉分解,提高还原糖和蔗糖含量,促进幼芽伸长、增粗,进而增强芽势。

| Abstract: | In the experiment, potato cultivar Kexin No.13 was used as experimental material, using soaking treatment with different concentration of borax to study the effect and mechanism of potato germination through measuring the seed potato starch content, reducing sugar content, sucrose content, the changes of amylase activity and bud length, bud diameter and bud weight.
