| 摘 要： | ‘鄂椒墨丽’是鲜食优质抗病杂交一代辣椒新品种。果实长羊角，纵径21.0
cm左右，横径1.4
cm左右，单果质量18.0
g左右，产量54 810
kg · hm-2。质脆中辣，辣椒素含量0.10%，维生素C含量1.76
mg · g-1，蛋白质含量1.34%，水分含量87.9%。长势强，抗性强，适合长江流域地区保护地栽培和高山露地栽培。

| Abstract: | ‘Ejiao Moli’，a
new hot pepper hybrid，grow strongly. The shape of
fruit is sheep-horn，the fruit is 21.0 cm long，1.4
cm wide. The single fruit weight is 18.0 g and the average yield is 54 810 kg · hm-2. The vitamin
C content，capsaicin，crude
protein and water content contents were 1.76 mg · g-1，0.10%，1.34%
and 87.9%，respectively. The cultivar
has nutritional quality with crisp and middle spicy to taste. It also grows
strongly with high resistance. It’s suitable for protected and exposed
cultivation in the Yangtze River basin. |
