| 摘 要： | ‘朝霞2号’是以白桦为受体获得的转BpGLK1基因干扰表达株系，其叶片中BpGLK1的表达量降低，叶绿素含量减少。主干树皮灰白色，枝条红褐色。叶片纸质，宽卵形，夏季呈黄绿色，秋季呈金黄色，叶尖呈渐尖，叶基心形，叶缘钝齿、无叶裂，上下表面均有绒毛分布，一级侧脉7 ~
8个。

| Abstract: | ‘Zhaoxia 2’is
a BpGLK1 suppressive expression
transgenic line by Betula platyphylla as the receptor. The expression level of BpGLK1 gene and the content of chlorophyll in leaves were decreased in the cultivar.‘Zhaoxia
2’is a deciduous tree，its
trunk bark is grey white and stratified exfoliation，and
its branches exhibit reddish brown. The leaves are papery and wide ovate，with
the color of yellow green in summer and golden yellow in autumn. The leaf apex
is acuminate，the base of the leaf is
heart-shaped，and the edge of the leaf is
blunt toothed without leaf crack. There are 7–8
primary lateral veins on the upper and lower surfaces of leaves. |
