摘    要:研究了柿子后熟期内源激素的变化和外源激素的影响。结果表明,柿子的后熟取决于乙烯和脱落酸(ABA)的协同作用,尤其在ABA的作用更重要;而各种内源激素的平衡又影响果实对ABA和乙烯的敏感性。越不耐藏的柿子品种,对ABA和乙烯的忍耐性越差,二者在低浓度下限诱发后熟变化,其后期乙烯峰越高,ABA累积越多。外源ABA和乙烯可提高果内乙烯浓度和呼吸强度,加速果实后熟软化;GA和苄基基腺嘌呤(BA)处理可减小

Abstract:Endogenous hormone changes and effects of exogenous hormones during persimmon (Diospyros kaki) ripening period were studied in this paper. The results showed that persimmon fruit ripening depended on the synergistic effect of ABA and ethylene, especially ABA. The difference of sensitivity to ABA and ethylene among fruits were controlled by hormone balance. The shorter storage life of persimmon cultivar, the lower tolerant for ethylene and ABA. Low levels of ABA and ethylene could induce ripening, with higher rise of ethylene and ABA in its later period. Exogenous ABA and ethyphon induced the increase in the content of inner ethylene, enhanced the respiration,and promoted fruit ripening and softening. GA also inhibited the accumulation of ABA in fruits. 2, 4-D promoted fruit softening.
