利用大葱幼叶进行组织培养微繁的研究

摘    要:以大葱幼叶为外植体,成功地建立了大葱的无性繁殖系和高效的培养体系。在MS+2,4-Dlmg/L+KT0.5mg/L+BAlmg/L的培养基上,愈伤组织的诱导率为89.9%,在MS+2,4-D0.88mg/L+BA1.73mg/L的培养基上达到最大芽诱导率13.21%,平均每块愈伤组织生芽5.14个,在天激素的培养基上最易生根。250天内的繁殖系数可达3787倍。

Abstract:Vegetative propagation lines were bred by tissue culture in vitro using immature leaf segment.Calli grew rapidly and vigorously on MS medium containing 2,4-Dling/L and KT 0.sing/L and BA ling/L with the callus induction rate of 89. 9%.MS medium supplemented with 2,4-D 0.88mg/L and BA 1.73mg/L was suitable for adventitious shoot induction.The maximum shoot induction rate reached 13. 21%.Shoots rooted quite well on MS medium with no hormones.The propagation coefficient in 250days was 3787.
