| Abstract: | This review summarized the studies concerning with genetic researches of fruit pectin.The gene family information,gene function identification and gene expression analysis of genes involved in pectin biosynthesis and degradation were concluded.It is expected to provide references for further studies in pectin metabolism and methods for fruit quality improvement. |
