摘    要:采用盆栽试验,研究复混肥中添加不同形态镁对大白菜产量及品质的影响。复混肥中分别添加硫酸镁(MgSO4)、氨基酸螯合镁(Mg-AA)和EDTA螯合镁(Mg-EDTA),设4个施镁水平,即1、3、5和7mg·kg-1。结果表明,与不施镁对照相比,添加Mg-EDTA对提高大白菜的产量效果最佳,施镁7mg·kg-1水平时,增产46.6%;添加Mg-AA对提高大白菜的品质最佳,4个施镁水平均可有效提高大白菜叶绿素、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质及维生素C的含量;添加MgSO4的处理,施镁5mg·kg-1最好,产量比对照增加34.5%,各项品质指标高于对照。

Abstract:The pot experiment was carried out to evaluate the effects of supplement of compound fertilizer with different morphology magnesium on yield and quality of Chinese cabbage. Three kinds of morphology magnesium,magnesium sulfate(MgSO4),amino-acid chelated magnesium(Mg-AA) or ethylenediamine tetra acetic acid disodium magnesium(Mg-EDTA) was supplemented into the fertilizer with four levels of Mg application,namely 1,3,5 and 7 mg · kg-1. The supplement of Mg-EDTA can increase yield significantly by 46.6% with 7 mg · kg-1 Mg application. The quality was improved greatly with the supplement of Mg-AA with increasing the content of chlorophyll,soluble sugar,soluble protein and vitamin C. The application of MgSO4 could increase the yield by 34.5% with 5 mg · kg-1 Mg application and keep relatively high quality.
