遮荫对生姜叶片显微结构及叶绿体超微结构的影响

摘    要:生姜叶片的比叶重,厚度,细胞和叶绿体大小及其数据随生育期的进展有变小或减少的趋势,但叶绿体的比基粒片层数,淀粉粒数则呈增加趋势。遮荫可使生姜叶片的SLW,厚度,细胞和叶绿大小及其数量呈变小或减少的趋势,而遮荫后叶绿体的基粒生层,比基粒片层,淀粉粒则呈较大幅度的增加。这些变化可能是生姜对光强度变化适应的结果。

Abstract:The experiment was carried out to study the effect of shading on the ultrastructure of chloroplast and the microstructure of ginger(Gingiber officinale Rosc.)leaves.The results were as following:Special leaf weight(SLW),thickness,cells size of ginger leaves,chloroplast size and its number in mesophyll cell were smaller or fewer as growth phase progressed,but granum lamella number,special grana lamella number and number of starch grains in chloroplast increased.Among 0-80% shade range,SLW,thickness,cells size,chloroplast size and its numbers of ginger leaves decreased as shading extent increased,but grana lamella number,special grana lamella number,and numbers of starch grains increased with shading extent increase.The above mentioned variations in ultrastructure of chloroplast and microstructure of ginger leaves might adapt itself to light intensity.
