黄花菜品种资源研究

摘    要:本试验对所搜集的36个栽培和野生黄花进行了植物学、生物化学、遗传学以及细胞学诸方面综合分析研究。结果表明,所有试材的染色体2n=2x=22;湖南、湖北野黄花是长管萱草(Hemerocallis fulua L.var.disticha Donn);建宁一号、建宁二号,以及原认为分别归属于北黄花菜(H.flava L.)与小黄花菜(H.minor Mill)的马莲花与小黄花均是黄花菜(H.citrina Bar.);黄花菜与长管萱草的系统发育过程基本一致,进行水平较低;黄花菜盛苗结束期叶片过氧化物酶同工酶酶谱清晰稳定,栽培品种间所存在的多型现象可用作品种鉴定。

Abstract:Thirty six cultivated and wild daylilies as tested materals collected in China were analysed and studied in all espects of botany, biochemistry and cytology. The results were as follow.The chromosome number of daylilies including both cultivated and wild materials are 2n = 2x = 22.The wild daylilies in Hunan and Hubei belong to Long-cylinder daylili ( H emerocallis fulva L. var. distincha Donn ) , while Jianling Nal, Jianling No.2, Small daylili and Malian daylili,demonstrated respectively as Small daylili ( H. minor Mill ) and North daylili ( H.flava L. ) are all common cultivated daylilies ( H. citrina Bar. ) .The phylogenetic prossess of Long-cylindar daylili and common daylili were essentially identical with low level of the evolution. Daylili leaf peroxidase zymogrames prior to the flower stalk appearance were clear and stable, and could be used to identify the cultivars with the zymogrames polymorphism.
