| 摘 要： | ‘粤椹28’为早熟优质高产果桑新品种，广东桑种，二倍体。成熟果实长圆筒形，紫黑色，平均单果质量8.0 g。风味酸甜，出汁率82%，可溶性固形物含量4.5%，总糖4.2%，总酸1.2%，花青素1.36 mg · g-1。桑果持续采收期30 d左右，产量18 500 kg · hm-2 以上，适合在长江流域以南地区栽培。

| Abstract: | ‘Yueshen 28’（Morus atropurpurea Roxb.）is a new early maturing diploid mulberry culivar with superior quality and high yield. The long and cylindrical fruits are dark purple color，and about 8.0 g. The fruit with sweet and sour taste，which contains 82% juice productivity，4.5% soluble solids，4.2% total sugar，1.2% titratable acid and 1.36 mg · g-1 anthocyanin. The fruit harvest period is about 30 days，and suitable planted in south of the Yangtze River area，with the yield more than 18 500 kg · hm-2. |
