酸樱桃新品种‘玫蕾’

摘    要: ‘玫蕾’是从野生酸樱桃实生选种而来。单果质量5.3 g,总糖含量8.92%,总酸度1.49%,可溶性蛋白质含量1.46%,维生素C含量0.152 mg · g-1 FW,铁含量0.040 mg · g-1 FW,钙含量0.914 mg · g-1FW。乔木,6年树冠高达3.6 m,果实表面颜色为紫红色,有光泽,果实甜酸,酸味浓郁,汁多,果肉深红色。适宜陕西关中地区栽植。

Abstract:‘Meilei’is selected from wild sour cherry seedling. Average fruit weight is 5.3 g,total sugar content is 8.92%,total acidity is 1.49%,soluble protein content is 1.46%,vitamin C content is 0.152 mg · g-1 FW,iron content is 0.040 mg · g-1 FW,and calcium content is 0.914 mg · g-1 FW. The height of tree is up to 3.6 m at the age of six. The fruit surface color is purple red and shiny. The fruit is sweet and sour,sour flavor,juicy. It has dark red flesh. It is suitable for culturing in Shaanxi and similar type area.
