青花薹杂交一代新品种‘翠钰1号’

 ‘翠钰1号’青花薹（又称西兰薹）是以雄性不育系K1-1-3A为母本，自交系K1-10-1为父本配制育成的杂交一代新品种。菜薹肉质脆甜，萝卜硫素含量27.4 mg · kg^-1，维生素C含量743 mg · kg^-1。分枝力强，平均单株一级菜薹数8个，总薹数38个；一级菜薹长约16 cm，粗约1.7 cm，单薹质量约40 g。早中熟，定植至初收53 d。抗逆性强，抗病性强。前期一级菜薹平均产量9 922 kg · hm^-2，平均总产量22 016 kg · hm^-2。

‘Cuiyu 1’，A New F1 Hybrid Variety of Broccolini

‘Cuiyu 1’，a new variety of broccolini derives from the F₁ hybrid of male sterile line K1-1-3A and inbred line K1-10-1，as female and male parents respectively. The variety has succulent，crisp and sweet-tasting flower stalks，with ulforaphane and vitamin C contents as 27.4 mg · kg^-1 and 743 mg · kg^-1，respectively. Furthermore，the variety shows rigorous branching，with a single plant averagely yielding 38 flower stalks in total including eight stalks on the first branches. The first-branch stalks are about 16 cm long and 1.7 cm in diameter，and each weighs about 40 g. The variety matures in its early-to-medium growth period，with the first harvest at 53 days after planted. The variety boasts of strong disease and stress resistances. In average，the variety yields the first-branch flower stalks for 9 922 kg · hm^-2 in the comprehensive early period，and has a total yield of 22 016 kg · hm^-2 .
