摘    要: 采用农杆菌介导法获得了GDP–D–甘露糖焦磷酸化酶基因(GMPase)超表达的转基因番茄植株,并且采用Western blot检测到有两株GMPase蛋白表达显著增加。比较了这两个株系和野生型植株中抗坏血酸含量及耐低温能力。与野生型番茄相比,GMPase超表达在常温及低温胁迫下均使GMPase活性提高,使AsA和DHA含量显著增加,降低了低温胁迫下膜脂过氧化产物MDA的积累。
