野生黄瓜代换系的构建

摘    要: 野生黄瓜(Cucumis sativus var. hardwickii Royle)是目前唯一被发现的黄瓜野生变种,具有抗根结线虫和CMV等优异性状,分枝性强,果实为卵圆形,味极苦。利用野生黄瓜品系PI183967为供体材料,栽培黄瓜(Cucumis sativus var. sativus L.)‘新泰密刺’纯系为受体材料,经过3次回交和1次自交,创造了一套代换系材料。在回交和自交过程中,利用均匀分布在全基因组上的62个SSR标记,跟踪野生黄瓜的基因组片段,共选择出21份单片段和10份双片段代换系材料,共得到代换片段41个。这些野生代换片段重叠累加覆盖野生黄瓜染色体组96.81%。这套代换系材料为利用野生黄瓜的优异基因提供了新的种质资源,也为精确分析黄瓜数量性状奠定了材料基础。

Abstract:Cucumis sativus var. hardwickii Royle is the only extant wild subspecies of domesticated cucumber(Cucumis sativus var. sativus L.). The wild cucumber contains several favorable traits including root-knot nematodes and CMV resistance,etc. It has a strong branching capability. The fruit shape of wild cucumber is oval and it tastes very bitter.
