新疆哈密瓜永久遗传图谱构建及比较分析

摘    要: 新疆哈密瓜〔Cucumis melo L. ssp. melo convar. ameri ( Pang. ) Greb. 〕是我国特有的栽培甜瓜种质资源, 具有不同于网纹甜瓜〔Cucumis melo L. ssp. melo convar. cantalupa ( Pang. ) Greb. 〕的独立遗传背景。以新疆哈密瓜和网纹甜瓜为亲本构建F2 S6作图群体, 采用SSR标记技术获得同时具有哈密瓜和网纹甜瓜遗传背景的永久遗传图谱。图谱由22个连锁群组成, 包括201个SSR标记, 1个白粉病抗性基因标记, 覆盖基因组长度977.153 cM, 标记间的平均距离4.837 cM。本图谱中的17个连锁群与Fernandez- Silva 等构建的网纹甜瓜遗传背景图谱具有线性关系, 两张图谱共有46个相同SSR标记。

Abstract:Xinjiang Hami melon,with independent and different genetic background of cantaloupe,is a unique cuhivar in China.A set of populations were developed from a cross between the cantaloupe Cucumis melo L.ssp.,melo convar.cantalupa(Pang.)Greb.]and the Xinjiang Hami melonCucumis melo L.ssp.melo convar.ameri(Pang.)Greb.].Simple sequence repeat(SSR)markers were used to construct permanent genetic map with the F_2S_6 populations.The map consisted of 22 linkage groups,contained 201 SSR markers and 1 morphological trait,it spanned a total genetic distance of 977.153 cM with an average map interval of 4.837 cM between two markers.Seventeen linkage groups in the map were collinear with cantaloupe genetic map,46 SSR markers were common in two maps.The construction of Xinjiang Hami melon SSR map laid foundation for the continuation of the international integration of melon common genetm map and comparative study.
