早熟黄瓜新品种沂蒙1号的选育

母本YM-98-11来源于农家品种当地油皮黄瓜,父本YJ-99-6是笔者对1997年从日本引进的13个黄瓜品系进行筛选得到的优良株系。其杂种一代沂蒙1号,瓜长棒形,瓜把短,无棱无瘤,刺小且稀少,皮薄光滑油亮;瓜长20cm左右,横径4cm;肉质密,口感好,特别适合生食。抗枯萎病能力强,对霜霉病、白粉病的抗性和对照当地油皮相当。667m2产量在5000kg以上。适合鲁南地区春季保护地早熟栽培和春季露地栽培。

A new cucumber F1 hybrid-Yimeng No. 1

Yimeng No.1 is a new cucumber F1 hybrid developed by crossing a inbred line YM-98-11 as a female parent and inbred line YJ-99-6 as a male parent. The matemal line YM-98-11 was selected from the local variety of cucumber. The paternal line YJ-99-6 was selected from 13 varieties of Japanese cucumber. It is resistant to fusarium wilt. Its resistance to downy mildew and powery mildew has no markedly difference with local variety Youpi. The frurit shape is straight bar with about 20 cm in length, 4 cm in diameter and the fruit neck is short. Its skin is dark green with thin white spines. It has good quality and marketable. Its yield is about 5 000 kg/667 m^2. It is suitable for protected cultivation in early-spring, open field cultivation in spring in the south of Shandong province.
