西瓜新品种东方娇子的选育

东方娇子是湖南博达隆科技发展有限公司以HD为母本,SJ-9为父本选育而成的花皮红瓤早熟西瓜新品种。植株生长势较强,抗逆性强,易坐果。全生育期约85 d,果实发育期28 d。果实高圆形,果形指数1.07;果皮绿色覆墨绿齿条带,皮厚约0.75 cm,果皮坚硬富有弹性,抗裂性强;瓤色大红,瓤质细脆,口感好,中心可溶性固形物在11.5%以上,边部8.0%左右。单果质量5.0 kg左右,露地栽培667 m2产量约3 500 kg。适宜我国湖南、湖北、贵州、海南等西瓜产区栽培。
