| 摘 要： | 为了实现研究生人才质量与社会需求的有效接轨,开展高校与研究院所在人才培养、科学研究、资源共享等方面合作,联合培养研究生。并在前期制定科学的合作培养计划,注重过程管理和后期质量管控,全面提升研究生培养质量,促进学科健康发展,实现多方面共赢局面。

| Abstract: | In order to achieve an effective alignment between the quality of postgraduate talents and the requirements of society,the cooperation between universities and research institutes in talent cultivation,scientific research and resource sharing is carried out to jointly cultivate postgraduates.It also formulates scientific cooperation cultivation plan in the early stage,f ocuses on process management and quality control in the later stage,improves the quality of postgraduate training comprehensively,promotes the healthy development of the discipline,and realizes a win-win situation in multiple aspects. |
