不同植物免疫诱抗剂对番茄的诱抗促生作用研究

摘    要:为明确不同植物免疫诱抗剂对田间番茄诱抗促生的效果,选用香菇多糖、几丁聚糖、氨基寡糖素、毒氟磷、寡糖·链蛋白5种植物免疫诱抗剂,分别在番茄苗期、开花期、坐果期和果实膨大期,采用叶面喷施的方式开展试验研究。结果表明:5种植物免疫诱抗剂均不产生药害,均是绿色安全的植保产品;其中,5%氨基寡糖素1 000倍液对番茄诱抗促生效果较好,可有效提高番茄开花率,对番茄晚疫病防效达78.64%,667m2产量最高,达6 236.5 kg。建议生产中,在番茄生育期多次施用植物免疫诱抗剂,可促进植株生长,提高抗病性,且优先施用5%氨基寡糖素水剂1 000倍液。

Abstract:Abstract: In order to determine the effect of different plant immune inducers on the induction of resistance and growth of tomato in the field, five plant immune inducers (lentinan, chitosan, aminooligosaccharin, fulfon, oligosaccharide and chain protein) were selected to carry out the experimental study by spraying on the leaves at the seedling stage, flowering stage, fruit setting stage and fruit expansion stage of tomato, respectively. The results showed that all of the five plant immune inducers were green and safe plant protection products without harm. Among them, 5% aminooligosaccharin solution 1 000 times had the best effect on inducing resistance and promoting growth of tomato, which could effectively improve the flowering rate of tomato, and the control effect against tomato late blight was 78.64%, and the yield was the highest with 6 236.5 kg per 667 m2 . It was suggested that plant immune inducers should be applied repeatedly during tomato growth period to promote plant growth and improve disease resistance, and 5% aminooligosaccharin solution 1 000 times should be applied preferentially.
