优质甜瓜新品种对比试验

为了筛选出品质优、商品性好、适宜金塔县种植的甜瓜新品种,提升金塔县甜瓜市场竞争力,满足大众对甜瓜的需求,引进了14个甜瓜新品种,对其生育期、抗病性、含糖量、商品性及产量开展对比试验。结果表明,厚皮甜瓜美思蜜25号、34-248中心糖度达到17.5%,薄皮甜瓜天蜜脆梨中心糖度最高,为18.5%,这3个品种含糖量高、口感好、品质佳,可作为高档品种,走高端精品市场;厚皮甜瓜34-140折合667 m2产量较高,为4 360 kg,薄皮甜瓜京玉黄流星折合667 m2产量最高,达5 040 kg,这2个品种丰产性好、商品率高,可作为优质品种,走大众市场。

Comparative Experiment of New Melon Cultivars

Abstract: In order to screen out new melon cultivars with high quality, good commodity and suitable for planting in Jinta county, improve the market competitiveness of Jinta melon and meet the public''s demand for melon, 14 new melon cultivars were introduced to conduct the comparative tests on their growth period, disease resistance, sugar content, commodity and yield. The results showed that the central sugar content of thick-skinned melon ''Meisimi No.25'' and ''34-248'' reached 17.5%, and the central sugar content of the thin-skinned melon ''Tianmi Cuili'' was the highest, which was 18.5%. These three cultivars had high sugar content, good taste and good quality, which could become high-grade cultivars to go into high-end boutique market. The yield of thick-skinned melon ''34-140'' was high, reaching 4 360 kg per 667 m2 , and that of thin-skinned melon ''Jingyu Huangliuxing'' was up to 5 040 kg per 667 m2 . These two cultivars had good yield and high commercial rate, which could be high-quality cultivars to go into the mass market.
