2022年河北省主要蔬菜价格波动分析

依据全国农产品商务信息公共服务平台和布瑞克农业数据终端数据，从整体菜价、近5年菜价、省际价格对比及分品种菜价等角度出发，对15种主要蔬菜进行纵、横向比较分析，并对5种典型蔬菜进行重点分析。结果显示：2022年河北省蔬菜价格同比降幅明显；与全国和山东省相比，河北省蔬菜价格水平偏低；在蔬菜单品中，黄瓜和番茄价格波动剧烈。综合分析表明，种植规模、季节性因素、供求关系和恶劣天气是造成2022年河北省蔬菜价格频繁波动的主要因素。

Analysis of Price Fluctuations of Main Vegetables of Hebei Province in 2022

Abstract: According to the data of National Agricultural Products Business Information Public Service Platform and Brick Agricultural Data Terminal, 15 main vegetables were compared vertically and horizontally from the perspectives of overall vegetable price, vegetable price in recent 5 years, inter-provincial price comparison and vegetable price by cultivar, and 5 typical vegetables were emphatically analyzed. The results showed that the vegetable prices in Hebei province decreased significantly year-on-year, compared with the whole country and Shandong province, the vegetable price level in Hebei province was low in 2022.Among the single vegetable products, the prices of cucumber and tomato fluctuated drastically in 2022. The comprehensive analysis showed that planting scale, seasonal factors, supply and demand relationship and bad weather were the main factors causing frequent fluctuations of vegetable prices in Hebei province in 2022.
