湖北省甘蓝产业发展现状分析

湖北省是蔬菜大省,甘蓝是湖北省蔬菜主产区的骨干品种。通过对湖北省甘蓝产业发展现状进行阐述,从3方面对湖北省甘蓝产业概况展开介绍:甘蓝在湖北省的地位、湖北省甘蓝区域化优势、品牌优势对湖北省甘蓝带动作用,并对湖北甘蓝品种茬口格局、甘蓝病虫害发生情况、甘蓝采后贮运销售情况进行介绍,列出了目前湖北省甘蓝产业发展存在的问题,并提出了对策及建议:着眼于全产业,提升产业竞争力;注重科技手段,提升育种能力;农机农艺结合,规模化高效种植;注重土壤管理,营造良好生长环境;加大科研力度,改善尾菜处理。

The Analysis of the Situation and Problems of the Production of Cabbage in Hubei Province

Abstract: Hubei province is a big province in vegetable production. Cabbage is the backbone of the main vegetable production areas. By elaborating the development status of cabbage industry in Hubei province, the survey of cabbage industry in Hubei province was introduced from three respects which were the status of cabbage in Hubei province, the regional advantages of cabbage in Hubei province, the driving role of brang advantage to cabbage in Hubei province. Stubble arrangement, the condition of pests and diseases, postharvest storage and sell of cabbage in Hubei province were introducted. The current existing problems were enumerated, and some suggestions were put forward, which included improving the industrial competence with a view to the whole industry, improving breeding ability by focusing on technological means, realizing scale and efficient planting by combining agricultural machinery and agronomist together, constructing a good environment by managing soil, improving the processing circumstance in rotten vegetables by increasing the efforts on science research.
