| 摘 要： | 为推进农用肥料的科学施用,促进肥料使用管理的法制化,通过收集与肥料使用管理有关的文件、档案等资料,对辽宁省肥料使用管理制度的历史、现状、问题和经验等进行了分析,提出了设计肥料使用管理制度的建议。

| Abstract: | Abstract: In order to promote the scientific application of agricultural fertilizer and to facilitate thelegalization of fertilizer use management, the history, present situation, problems and experience of fertilizeruse management system were analyzed by collecting the documents , files and other information related to themanagement of fertilizer use and then some suggestions for the design of fertilizer use management systemwere put forward. |
