2021年河北省主要蔬菜价格波动分析

依据河北省农业农村厅和全国农产品商务信息公共服务平台对河北省蔬菜价格的实时监控数据，以河北省2021年15种主要蔬菜价格为研究对象，对其进行横向、纵向比较，并分析影响蔬菜价格波动的因素。结果显示：2021年河北省蔬菜价格整体先降后升，价格明显低于山东省、江苏省和全国平均水平；第四季度价格走势与往年同期相比差异较大，茄果类、叶菜类蔬菜涨幅最显著；且极端天气、生产成本上涨和新冠疫情反复是影响2021年河北省蔬菜价格波动的主要因素。

Analysis of Price Fluctuation of Main Vegetables in Hebei in 2021

Abstract: Based on the datas of real-time monitoring of vegetable prices in Hebei by the Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of Hebei Province and the National Agricultural Products Commercial Information Public Service Platform, the prices of 15 main vegetables in Hebei in 2021 were taken as the research object, horizontal and vertical comparisons were made, and the factors affecting fluctuation of vegetable price were analyzed. The results showed that vegetable prices in Hebei in 2021 droped firstly and then rised, the prices were significantly lower than the average levels in Shandong, Jiangsu and the country. The prices in the fourth quarter were quite different from the same period in previous years, and solanaceous fruits and leafy vegetables increased significantly. Studies showed that extreme weather, rising production costs and repeated COVID-19 were the main factors affecting fluctuation of vegetable price in Hebei in 2021.
