北京水培蔬菜生产现状与发展建议

摘    要:为深入了解北京地区水培蔬菜的生产现状,对正在运营的8家主要水培蔬菜生产企业或基地进行了调研,重点调研了生产规模与经营主体、主栽蔬菜种类、水培模式、产量、生产成本与利润、销售渠道以及水培蔬菜生产存在的主要技术瓶颈和效益问题,并针对调研结果,从生产技术和营销2方面对北京地区水培蔬菜产业发展提出了建议,其中,在生产技术方面,建议育种、栽培和农业工程等领域专家联合攻关,解决影响水培蔬菜产量和品质的瓶颈问题;在营销方面,建议以水培蔬菜产品的洁净、安全、优质为宣传核心,提高消费者对水培蔬菜的认知。

Abstract:Abstract: In order to gain a deeper understanding of the production status of hydroponic vegetables in Beijing, a survey was conducted on 8 major hydroponic vegetable production enterprises or bases that were currently operating. The focus was on the production scale and business entities, types of main vegetables, hydroponic cultivation modes, yield, production cost and profit, sales channel, and the main technological bottlenecks and efficiency issues in hydroponic vegetable production. Based on the survey results, suggestions were made for the development of hydroponic vegetable industry in Beijing from the aspects of production technology and marketing. In terms of production technology, experts in breeding, cultivation, agricultural engineering and other fields were suggested to jointly tackle key problems to solve the bottle neck problem affecting the yield and quality of hydroponic vegetables. In terms of marketing, it was recommended to focus on promoting the cleanliness, safety and good quality of hydroponic vegetable products, in order to enhance consumers'' awareness of hydroponic vegetables.
