粤北地区(韶关)发展高山蔬菜的可行性探讨

概述了我国高山蔬菜发展现状及南方地区高山蔬菜的特点,从地理及地形优势、气候优势、农业资源优势、蔬菜经济收益优势、政策优势5个方面分析了韶关地区种植高山蔬菜的可行性,并根据实际情况总结了发展高山蔬菜的限制因子,如水源、气象灾害(寒旱)、病虫害、地块平整度、交通、连作障碍、水土流失、劳动力成本高等,以期通过种植示范,带动企业发展高山蔬菜,向着产业化、市场化的方向发展,进而促进山区经济发展。

Feasibility Analysis of Developing Mountain Vegetables in the Northern of Guangdong Province (Shaoguan)

Abstract: The development status of mountain vegetables in China and the characteristics of mountain vegetables in the southern of China were summarized. The feasibility of planting mountain vegetables in Shaoguan area was analyzed from 5 aspects of geographical and topographic advantages, climatic advantages, agricultural resources advantages, vegetable economic benefits and policy advantages. The limiting factors of developing mountain vegetables were introduced according to the the actual situation, such as water source, meteorological disastesrs (cold and drought), diseases and pests, land leveling, traffic, continuous cropping obstacle, water and soil erosion, high labor cost. Through planting demonstration, enterprises would be promoted to develop mountain vegetables that were developed in the direction of industrialization and marketization, so as to promote the economic development of mountain areas.
