君子兰杂交后代过氧化物酶同工酶酶谱多样性分析

采用聚丙烯酰胺不连续系统垂直板电泳方法,对杂交亲本及其10个子代的君子兰叶片过氧化物酶同工酶谱进行了分析.结果表明:试材间的酶谱有一定的差异,利用系统聚类分析法,将12个试材分成4个组.其中有7个子代与父本聚为1组,母本自己聚为1组,其它3个子代分别聚为2组.

Analysis on Classification Diversity by The Peroxidase Isozyme Technique in Filial Generation of Clivia Lindl.

The peroxidase isozyme patterns in leaves of parent strain and 10 filial generations of Clivia Lindl.cultivars which were analysed via polyacrylamide electrophoresis technique and 12 bands of 12 cultivars had some differences.Furthemore,the 12 cultivars were classified into four groups based on cluster analysis.In 12 cultivars,there were 7 filial generations with male parent were gathered to one group,the male parent was gathered to the other kind alone,3 filial generations were gathered to two groups respe...
