摘    要:采用酸蚀、药剂、低温层积以及清水浸泡结合变温处理方法对破除马蔺、大苞鸢尾2种鸢尾属植物种子休眠及诱导和提高种子萌发率进行了研究。结果表明:单一的酸蚀、药剂、低温层积的处理方法对破除马蔺、大苞鸢尾种子的休眠,提高种子萌发率作用不明显;通过清水浸泡结合变温处理对马蔺和大苞鸢尾的种子萌发率的提高作用较为显著,分别达到30.37%、10.74%。
