| 摘 要： | 选择苹果梨做试材,采用人工切除的方法,花期对苹果梨5个柱头进行了不同数目的缺失柱头试验,调查了坐果率、种子数目及果形指数等.结果表明:1～4柱头处理和对照(5柱头)相比较,在坐果率、种子数目及果形指数上无明显的差异.据此认为,苹果梨花期柱头的缺失并没有影响种子和果实的发育,苹果梨各柱头与每一心室可能是相通的,即某一心室的受精不受某一柱头授粉的影响,只要有一个柱头授粉受精充分,苹果梨就不会因为柱头多少而影响所有种子的形成和果形.

| Abstract: | Pear cultivar 'Pingguoli' was used in the experiment.The stigma were manually excised in the flower time,effects of fruit set,seeds number and fruit sharp were investigated.The result showed that excision of stigmas had not significant difference than 5 stigmas on the seeds and fruit development.The result suggested that it may be connected in both stigma and carpellum,one seeds form doesn't be influenced by one stigma pollinated.If pollination and fertilization were realized enough.'Pingguoli' seeds and fr... |
