影响欧李实生苗花芽分化的形态指标研究

摘    要:为探明欧李实生苗苗期形态指标与花芽分化的关系,2008年对经过不同高度摘心处理的实生苗形态特征与花芽分化之间的关系进行了研究。结果表明:欧李实生苗的花芽分化与分枝数量、分枝长度及分枝粗度有着密切的关系。当分枝数量达2个以上、分枝粗度达2mm以上即可形成花芽,且随着分枝数量的增加、分枝粗度的增大,花芽分化节数也随之增加。长度在60cm以内的分枝,随着分枝长度的增大,花芽分化节数也随之增加;但当分枝长度大于60cm时,花芽分化节数急剧下降。长度小于30cm的分枝,没有花芽形成。苗木基部粗度对欧李实生苗的花芽分化也有一定影响,但不显著。
